# Mubin

> Mubin is a mobile app that teaches the Arabic words of the Quran, word by word, in short daily lessons. It is coming soon to iPhone and Android, and mubin.app has a waitlist.

## What Mubin does

- Short daily lessons teach the words of the surahs people already recite, starting with short surahs such as Al-Ikhlas, An-Nas and An-Nasr.
- The reader shows the meaning under each Arabic word, with a translation of each ayah.
- Each word can be played recited, and the full recitation highlights the word being recited.
- Learned words come back in short reviews, timed so they are not forgotten.
- Learn by surah: each surah has its own path of words and lessons.
- Recitation practice listens as the learner recites. The voice is processed on the device and never uploaded.
- Daily reminders at the time and on the days the learner chooses, with streaks and a daily goal.
- Works without an account. An optional account syncs progress between devices, and an optional learning circle shares weekly practice points.
- No ads, and no advertising or analytics tools.
